Judge Ward L. Clarkson's order appoints responsibility for supervision of Latunski's treatment to the State Department of Mental Health, and stipulates Latunski be placed at the facility recommended by the Center for Forensic Psychiatry.

"There is substantial probability that the defendent, if provided a course of treatment, will attain competence to stand trial," the order says, stating further "the defendent shall undergo treatment to render the defendent competent to stand trial."

Latunski's Morrice home, where the body of Kevin Bacon was found in December, was sold at auction for $101,000 earlier this week.
