Piyo Live is the latest low-impact, high-intensity fitness craze that's sweeping the nation! Piyo combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates, the strength and flexibility benefits of yoga, and heart-pumping cardio -- all in one 60-minute class! Set to a fun soundtrack that's sure to boost your energy, Piyo presents a unique, exciting total-body workout for people of all fitness levels. Because you’re always in motion, you’re burning crazy calories, but without weights, jumps, or complicated equipment.

Every Tuesday night, Lennon Wesleyan Church hosts a free Piyo Live class from 7 to 8pm. But on Tuesday October 29th, get ready for a special Halloween Piyo experience.

On Tuesday October 29th from 7 to 8pm, come to Lennon Wesleyan Church at 11280 Lennon Road, for Halloween Piyo under black lights! Wear your favorite neon or white workout clothes and come early to apply your UV neon body paint!

The team gains entry after tying Imlay City to the thousandth decimal place in scoring, including tie-breakers. So, for the first time in MHSAA history, it came down to a coin toss.
