Credit Union Lobbies Closed to Foot-Traffic In the Interest of Safety and Well-Being of Staff and Communities Amidst Pandemic

PFCU has announced that all 12 of its locations will now require appointments for in-person visits, saying "the safety and well-being of our staff and communities is of paramount importance to us. In the interest of limiting the potential spread of the Coronavirus, we are taking aggressive measures to support social distancing efforts as set forth by our leading public health officials."

To make an appointment, call 844-517-3611, and be sure to indicate the location at which you'd like to have your appointment. PFCU said in a letter to members that while lobbies will be closed to foot-traffic, the credit union's drive thru Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) and ATMs will be remain available.
The change went into effect on Saturday November 14th. PFCU has nearby locations in Durand, Owosso and Swartz Creek.
