Biden had been sitting at 253 electoral votes and Trump at 214 for days, according to ABC News, but with the attribution of the 20 electoral votes from Pennsylvania, Biden now has 273 -- three more than the number needed to become President, with potentially more on the way as other states finalize their vote counts.
The AP has projected Biden as the winner of 290 electoral votes.
In Shiawassee County, voters heavily favored President Donald Trump in Tuesday's election. The Trump/Pence ticket secured 59% of the vote in Shiawassee County, with Biden/Harris taking 39%.
